What I do:
Mary Curnutte is a PhD Candidate in Public Health, Health Policy at the University of Louisville in the School of Public Health & System Sciences. Mary graduated from Saint Louis University with an MS and BS in Nutrition & Dietetics in 2017, where she also completed her Dietetic Internship, has been a practicing Registered Dietitian since. Her research interests are in food environment and the associated public health outcomes, with specific interest in the school setting, such as food within a school and nutrition education.
