Brief description: Much attention has justifiably been paid to the reciprocal relationships between climate/environmental change (CEC) and food systems. This talk will focus on the importance of an integrated approach to understanding the impact of CEC on nutrition which is the “glue” that ties food, CEC and health together. The presentation offers that focus along with a description of a new effort being coordinated under the auspices of the USG Global Nutrition Coordination Plan (GNCP).
