Details: This panel presentation features experts in the fields of library science, and public health nutrition, and health equity. The panel will start with an overview of data visualization including the evolution of the field of data visualization, best practices for communicating data visually, and tools to help researchers create better visuals. After this foundational information is shared, this presentation will explore applied examples of how these methodologies can be used in healthy food retail and health equity research.
