What I do: 
Marcia Rahman, MBA, RDN, is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Ph.D. candidate at Tufts University’s Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy. Her research investigates the interplay of structural, commercial, and sociopolitical factors that shape dietary choices and nutritional status. As part of her current work, she investigates behavioral, environmental, and systemic factors that influence the uptake and sustainability of healthy eating habits within Food is Medicine interventions. Marcia’s professional experience spans clinical nutrition leadership, healthcare operations, and strategic nutrition marketing. She holds an MBA from Texas Woman’s University and a BS in Dietetics from Michigan State University.
