What I do:
Salima F. Taylor, PhD, MS, is an adjunct professor at Merrimack College. She is a public health nutrition researcher specializing in nutrition behavior change and policy research, investigating the relationship between sociocultural and environmental determinants of biobehavioral factors relating to energy regulation to improve access to and consumption of nutritious diets. Salima completed her PhD in Food and Nutrition Policy and Programs at the Tufts University Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy.
