Ronli Levi, MPH, RD, NOPREN Coordinator

Ronli Levi is an Analyst with the Food Policy, Health, and Hunger Research Program at UCSF’s Center for Vulnerable Populations, where she is involved in research and interventions addressing food insecurity. In this role, she also serves as the NOPREN Coordinator – providing coordination and support to the NOPREN network and its working groups. Ms. Levi previously worked as a clinical dietitian and holds a BS in Nutritional Sciences-Dietetics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an MPH in Public Health Nutrition from UC Berkeley.

Hilary Seligman, MD, MAS is Professor at the University of California San Francisco with appointments in the Departments of Medicine and of Epidemiology and Biostatistics.

Melissa Akers, MPH

Melissa Akers is Manager of the Food Policy, Health, and Hunger Program at UCSF’s Center for Vulnerable Populations, where she is involved in research and community-based interventions aimed at reducing food insecurity and improving health. She has served as NOPREN’s Manager since 2015, providing coordination, strategic guidance, and support to network members and NOPREN working groups. Ms. Akers brings to her current position fifteen years of experience in public health program management in the nonprofit and academic sectors.
